Built in a charming converted church, our 12 studio apartments and 2 suites offer our residents a perfect combination of convenience, privacy and clean lines with the character of unique architecture. One of our suites features the original stained glass windows, adding even more charm and character.

Walk to the campuses of the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Optometry.
